We offer an annual retainer service for employers which provides businesses with comprehensive employment law advice, whenever this is required, at a fixed annual fee. This service is backed up with an insurance indemnity that means any claims made against you in the Employment Tribunals will be covered in terms of representation costs and any awards providing you take, and then follow the advice that we provide to you. With all new clients, we carefully review all existing contracts of employment and associated documents and draft or amend all of the documents you require to best meet your business needs.

As part of the retainer service, we will draft and/or examine any documentation or correspondence you need to send to your employees, such as:

1. Invitations to disciplinary hearings
2. Responses to grievances
3. Letters of dismissal
4. Letters of appeal
